1) Our homes are distributed through a network of independent contractors. We refer to these contractors as Cardinal Homes® Builders.
2) Once we know the location, we forward your information to the Cardinal Homes® Builder and they will provide you with some Cardinal Homes® brochures that include floor plans for your consideration. (The Cardinal Homes® Builder coordinates the sale with you on a local level.)
3) Then, it’s just a matter of deciding which design you like best!

Cost is dependent on many factors. We do not provide factory prices. We have a builder network and our builders provide customers with the estimates.
Manufactured houses are built to Housing and Urban Development (HUD) codes. This code entails very minimal standards for materials and structural requirements.
Manufactured Houses are often referred to as “Mobile Homes”, “Trailers”, “Single-Wides” or “Double Wides”. They are built on NON-REMOVABLE steel frames.
Manufactured Houses must be titled by DMV like an RV. Trailers are considered Personal Property once purchased.
